传摩通将取得沙特阿美上市牵头顾问角色
《CNBC》引述消息报道,摩根大通接近取得沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司(Saudi Aramco,简称沙特阿美)上市的牵头顾问角色,预期最终决定在下周落实。与之竞争的摩根士丹利则因其协助召车初创优步(Uber)的表现而落选。
沙特阿拉伯旗下主权基金为优步大股东。报道指,当地官员不满摩根士丹利错误评估优步的市场需求,优步股价首两日急挫18%,目前股价仍明显低於上市价45美元。
担任沙特阿美上市牵头顾问,除能从沙特阿美上市费用获得最大份额外,若公司顺利上市,将有助争取未来上市业务。
