苹果及鸿海涉违内地劳动法
苹果将於周二(10日)公布新一款iPhone,惟据外电报道苹果及其生产夥伴鸿海涉因为聘请太多临时工等而违反中国劳工法例,
《中国劳工观察》於周日(8日)发表的报告指,於郑州的工厂内,为应对旺季大量订单,公司雇用了学生以及派遣工,现时临时工比例达到50%,惟中国劳动法规定工厂的派遣工不能超过10%的比例,一个月加班时间不超过36小时,但苹果及鸿海均无执行相关限制。
苹果回应指,经过调查发现临时工比例超标,正与鸿海密切沟通以解决问题,强调会与供应商采取即时措施改善,而鸿海亦确认临时工比例确实违规。 ~
