惠誉降本港信贷评级 恒指午後升幅收窄至不足60点
惠誉国际因应本港近期社会动荡将香港评级由「AA+」降至「AA」级，展望负面。上证及深成继今早高位遇压後，午後倒跌0.1%及0.4%，报2,982及9,747。
恒指继今早跟随外围最多回升275点，高见26,790无以为继後，午後升幅进一步收窄，最低见26,563，现造26,572，仅回升57点，成交额639亿元。
蓝筹股个别发展。李嘉诚基金公布於8月30日及9月3日，以每股平均价53.171及51.8977元再次增持长实集团(01113.HK)182.75万股，以及於9月3日以每股平均价66.6614元增持长和(00001.HK)50万股，两者涉资近1.3亿元。长和股价三连升，最高见71.2元，受制50天线(72.3元)，现造70.7元，续升2.5%；长实集团回升至56.1元无以为继，曾轻微倒跌低见55.1元，现造55.4元，仅弹近0.4%。
港交所(00388.HK)恢复衍生产品市场交易，今日股价曾高见254.8元，现造250元，回升1.1%；汇控(00005.HK)及中银(02388.HK)各高见58.4元及27.3元，现造57.9元及27.2元，回升0.7%及1.3%。
中美贸易紧张局势有所缓和，万洲(00288.HK)最高见7.07元，现造7元，回升2.7%。申洲(02313.HK)高见112.7元，现造112元，续升2.7%。
中美同意外10月初重启面对面贸易谈判，加上苹果即将举行新产品发布会，瑞声科技(02018.HK)连弹第三天兼重越50天线(40.1元)，最高见42.2元，现造40.4元，续升3.3%，获瑞信重申「跑赢大市」评级看103.7元的舜宇光学(02382.HK)屡创52周新高，最高见120元，现造117.3元，续升3.5%，暂为最强蓝筹。
有指深圳将於2020年8月底实现5G网络全市覆盖，手机设备相关股舞起，中兴(00763.HK)重越10天及20天线，最高见21.55元，现造21.05元，续弹7.5%。获瑞信维持看9元的丘钛科技(01478.HK)，今日股价曾高见8.63元创近四个月高，现造8.39元，续升8.4%；京信通信(02342.HK)高见1.93元，创逾一个月高，现造1.89元，续升2.2%。长飞(06869.HK)高见14.1元，现造13.8元(刚为50天线)，升3.8%。
惠誉中午宣布，将香港评级由「AA+」降至「AA」级，展望负面。该行指出，过去数月持续的冲突及暴力正在测试「一国两制」的底线及柔韧性，而内地官员针对香港事务亦采取了自97回归以来最公开的姿态。惠誉认为一国两制仍然完整，但香港在经济、金融、社会政治与内地连结越来越多，反映香港正持续整合至中国政府的体系中，之後将面对更大的制度和监管挑战，认为相关发展将收窄香港与中国之间主权评级的差异。至於展望「负面」，主要认为政府虽向示威者的一些要求作出让步，但某程度上公众不满依然持续，而潜在爆发下一波社会动荡或会进一步损害对机制的信心，并败坏对香港政府管治、政府稳定及营商环境的观感。
