《高盛認股證牛熊證》新政策帶動中資金融股造好 留意高槓桿建行購18691，貼價中壽購18746，低街貨中証購27310
正股表現：國務院總理李克強於本週三召開的國務院常務會議中，指出堅持實施穩健貨幣政府及適時預調微調，加快落實降低實際利率水平的措施。以及加大金融對實體經濟的支持力度。市場憧憬在寬鬆政策加碼下，將帶動資金活水進場。
中資金融股今早普遍上升，當中建行(0939)、中人壽(2628)及中証(6030)現報6.03、19.06及15.78元，升約0.7%、1.1%及2.3%。
資金流向：觀察個股認股證資金流向，本週一及本週二分別共錄得約90萬及170萬元資金流入建行及中人壽認購證。本週三及本週四則分別共錄得約330萬及310萬元資金流出。而中証認購證於本週二及本週三共錄得約520萬元資金流入，昨日則錄得約240萬元資金流出。進而觀察港股通(滬)資金流向，可見昨日建行及中証皆獲資金淨買入其股份，分別有約2.8億及5,180萬元。
輪證選擇：投資者如好建行，可考慮以行使價6至6.8元間作為篩選認購證的條件。並可留意當中槓桿突出的建行購18691。
