《高盛认股证牛熊证》新政策带动中资金融股造好 留意高杠杆建行购18691，贴价中寿购18746，低街货中证购27310
正股表现：国务院总理李克强於本周三召开的国务院常务会议中，指出坚持实施稳健货币政府及适时预调微调，加快落实降低实际利率水平的措施。以及加大金融对实体经济的支持力度。市场憧憬在宽松政策加码下，将带动资金活水进场。
中资金融股今早普遍上升，当中建行(0939)、中人寿(2628)及中证(6030)现报6.03、19.06及15.78元，升约0.7%、1.1%及2.3%。
资金流向：观察个股认股证资金流向，本周一及本周二分别共录得约90万及170万元资金流入建行及中人寿认购证。本周三及本周四则分别共录得约330万及310万元资金流出。而中证认购证於本周二及本周三共录得约520万元资金流入，昨日则录得约240万元资金流出。进而观察港股通(沪)资金流向，可见昨日建行及中证皆获资金净买入其股份，分别有约2.8亿及5,180万元。
轮证选择：投资者如好建行，可考虑以行使价6至6.8元间作为筛选认购证的条件。并可留意当中杠杆突出的建行购18691。

投资者如看好中人寿，贴价选择可留意价外幅度不足2%，年期约3个月的中寿购18746。
