格隆汇9月5日丨雅居乐集团(03383.HK)发布公告,本公司及其附属公司连同本集团合营公司及联营公司以及由本集团管理并以雅居乐品牌销售的房地产项目于2019年8月的预售金额合计为人民币101.5亿元,同比增长65.8%,而对应建筑面积为78.4万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币12,952元。
截至2019年8月31日止8个月,本集团连同本集团合营公司及联营公司以及雅居乐项目的预售金额合计为人民币758.0亿元,同比增长25.7%,而对应建筑面积为538.9万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币14,065元。
