中州证券(01375.HK):渤海公司将减持不超6%公司A股
格隆汇9月5日丨中州证券(01375.HK)发布公告,近日,本公司收到渤海公司《股份减持计划告知函》。《告知函》提及:渤海公司基于自身资金安排,计划自2019年9月6日起15个交易日后的6个月内(即2019年9月30日至2020月3月27日)通过集中竞价方式,减持本公司股票数量不超过7738万股A股;自2019年9月6日起的3个交易日后的6个月内通过大宗交易方式,减持本公司股票数量不超过1.55亿股A股,合计减持本公司股票数量不超过2.32亿股A股(占本公司总股本的6%)。
