大众公用(01635.HK)出资1,940万人币入夥投资基金
大众公用(01635.HK)公布,公司与联信汇业、天赬投资签署份额转让协议及合夥协议,公司以900万元人民币(下同)受让联信汇业在大成汇彩基金的全部认缴出资额3,000万元及其所占全部财产份额;1,040万受让天赬投资在大成汇彩基金的部分认缴出资额2,000万元,及其所占部分财产份额的方式入夥大成汇彩基金,成为大成汇彩基金新的有限合夥人,占首期募集规模的50%,总实缴出资1,940万元。
合夥企业的投资范围限於对高成长的优质企业和项目进行股权投资。
