福布斯美国最具创新领袖Top100榜单：贝佐斯、马斯克并列第一

据悉，近日，福布斯杂志发布了美国最具创新力领袖Top100榜单，其中，亚马逊创始人杰夫·贝佐斯和特斯拉首席执行官伊隆·马斯克并列第一。
据了解，本次榜单由美国商学院教授Jeff Dyer和Nathan Furr与顾问Curtis Lefrandt合作发布，衡量了美国顶级创始人和首席执行官的四种基本领导素质。在这份榜单中，科技巨头的创始人或首席执行官占据了前十名的位置：
据福布斯报道，由于无法对每位领导者进行排名，他们仅选取了创始人或首席执行官（或过去一年成为董事长的首席执行官）作为样本，并设立了三个入选条件：
市值超过100亿美元的美国公司
过去五年上市的50家美国最大私营公司
入选福布斯最具创新力增长公司Top100榜单
领导者成功推动创新的能力在很大程度上归结为所谓创新资本的东西，这是一个多方面的特征，使领导者能够获得并有效地部署采取风险和新颖想法所需的人力和财力资源，并将其转变成具有影响力的创新。为了更好地衡量，研究人员选取了四种基本领导素质，包括创新媒体声誉、与创新相关的社会关系/社会资本、他们所领导公司的市值创造记录以及投资者对未来增长和创新的期望。
贝佐斯vs马斯克
现年55岁的贝佐斯于1994年在西雅图的车库里创办了电子商务巨头亚马逊。如今，他拥有该公司近12%的股份。2018年，亚马逊收入达2300亿美元，净利润达到创纪录的100亿美元，高于前一年的30亿美元。
而现年48岁的马斯克一直致力于彻底改变地球和太空的交通运输格局。他于2003年创办的特斯拉，于2018年在全球销售了24万多辆全电动汽车。而他旗下的火箭公司SpaceX则估值超过了200亿美元。
在过去十年中，他们两人旗下的公司共计产生了超过1万亿美元的市值，但这两位领导者的成功方式却截然不同。
贝佐斯是“客户至上”的创新者。他在亚马逊建立了一个名为“向后工作”的创新流程，以客户需求为重点，然后向后工作，找出如何创新以最好地满足这些需求。本质上，贝佐斯利用一种专注于解决市场（需求）不确定性（客户偏好的不确定性）的方法，然后假设可以解决技术不确定性。
相比之下，马斯克则使用了可能被描述为技术优先的方法。根据一位前特斯拉高管的说法，“我认为马斯克采用了史蒂夫·乔布斯的理念，他相信自己知道市场的发展方向并且比客户知道他们需要什么。因此，他总是选择他认为是由于技术限制而未解决的重大问题。”
马斯克和贝佐斯在发声、交流、愿景和目标的方式上也有很大的不同。马斯克非常大胆和公开地表达他的冒险目标。相比之下，贝佐斯更加保守。
当然，这与他们所选择解决的问题类型有关。贝佐斯之所以更为沉默，是因为他必须明确考虑到客户当前的需求，因此，他没有必要先发制人地推销自己的创新，他只需要比竞争对手更快地执行它就行。在推出产品之前不公开是最符合贝佐斯利益的做法。
而相比之下，马斯克追求突破性技术，大胆和公开是吸引注意力和未来客户的一种方式，还有助于吸引财力和人才资本。
