花旗上半年收入按年增10% 电子银行业务推动
花旗银行总经理林智刚接受传媒访问时透露,上半年该行收入按年增长10%,增速高於去年全年收入按年7%的增幅,主要由於电子银行服务吸引更多新客户。
上半年来自电子银行渠道的收入贡献达到近40%,期内零售银行业务、信用卡业务及私人贷款业务当中,分别45%、54%及76%新客户来自电子银行渠道。
林智刚又透露,该行超过90%的银行交易已不需经人手渠道处理,客户当中活跃使用电子银行服务的达71%,手机银行则达53%。仅使用手机银行服务的客户按年增长约60%。
