港股异动 | 中国中铁跌逾3% 中期纯利同比增长10.1%逊预期
格隆汇9月3日丨中国中铁(0390.HK)现报4.98港元,跌3.11%,暂成交4713万港元,最新总市值1137亿港元。中国中铁上周五(30日)晚间发布中期业绩公告称,期内收入3618.87亿元(人民币,下同),同比增长14.5%;公司拥有人应占利润105.14亿元,同比增长10.1%;每股基本盈利0.399元,不派息。绩后大和最新发研报指,中国中铁今年上半年纯利按年升一成,稍低于该行的预期,而经调整溢利仅按年升1%,虽然期内收入增长14%,但毛利率收窄0.3个百分点,相信是因为铁路项目利润转差及原材料成本等拖累,另外部分海外铁路项目亦现亏损。将目标价由7.3港元降至5.9港元,重申“跑赢大市”评级。
