撤回中國存託憑證發行申請的小米集團(01810.HK)擬回購最多120億元股份,該股今天由上市低位急彈曾一舉重越10天及20天線(8.73元及8.84元),最高見8.92元遇壓,現造8.79元,急彈5.3%,成交增至9,770萬股,涉資8.6億元。
小米公布,董事會昨天正式決議行使股份購回授權以不時按最高總價120億元於公開市場購回股份。聲明認為,於現況下進行股份購回可展示公司對自身業務展望及前景充滿信心,且最終會為公司帶來裨益及為股東創造價值。
