招商局置地(00978.HK)拟开展房地产投资信托管理业务
招商局置地(00978.HK)公布,建议扩展其业务至房地产投资信托管理,显示着公司就发展其「轻资产」房地产业务迈进积极一步。
公司全资附属荣腾向本港证监会申请有关招商局商业房地产投资信托基金的授权。紧随招商局房托基金上市後,公司控股股东瑞嘉投资实业将成为招商局房托基金的重大持有人,而公司将不会控制招商局房托基金。
公司相信,新业务於短期内将不会对集团的财务状况构成任何重大影响,且将令集团扩大其收入来源。
