招商局置地(00978.HK):附属申请招商局商业房地产投资信托基金授权 拟扩展业务至房地产投资信托管理
格隆汇9月3日丨招商局置地(00978.HK)公布,集团建议扩展其业务至房地产投资信托管理。此代表公司就发展其"轻资产"房地产业务迈进积极的一步。
公告显示,于9月2日,公司于香港注册成立的全资附属公司荣腾企业有限公司向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会申请有关招商局商业房地产投资信托基金的授权。
紧随招商局房托基金上市后,公司控股股东瑞嘉投资实业有限公司将成为招商局房托基金的重大持有人,而公司将不会控制招商局房托基金。
