格力回应奥克斯冷泠：任何人都有权利举报不合格产品

8月30日消息，奥克斯家电事业部总裁冷泠今日在其个人微博上发布了一封《致董明珠女士的公开信》，在信中喊话董明珠“周一见”。
对此，格力电器晚间回应奥克斯家电事业部总裁冷泠称，对于不合格产品，任何人、任何企业都有权利随时监督举报，若发现格力空调有能效不合格情况，及时举报才是对社会和消费者负责任的行为。
此前冷泠在信中称，“您选择‘举报的方式，与我们竞争。而现在，我们选择截然不同的方式，陈述事实，表达观点。所以我们将在下周一（9月2日），主动向您提供格力空调能效不合格的拆解视频，以便帮助您修正这些错误。”

冷泠先生：
今天下午，留意到您在个人微博上发布了《致董明珠女士的公开信》。读完之后，我对您的观点不敢苟同，特此回复如下：
一、您在信中提到：发现格力“数个型号存在问题，并拍摄了格力空调能效不合格的拆解视频”，表示将在9月2日提供视频，并提到“秋天已到，空调销售旺季已过”。我们认为，对于不合格产品，任何人、任何企业都有权利随时监督举报，您和您的团队若发现格力空调有能效不合格情况，及时举报才是对社会和消费者负责任的行为。不仅如此，我们欢迎全社会所有消费者所有同行对格力空调质量进行监督。
二、经我们核实查证，确认从无格力品牌空调在出口沙特时被召回的事件。如您对我们的查证结果存疑，请公布格力品牌空调因能效不合格被召回的具体型号和相关证据。相反，我们发现奥克斯品牌7款空调产品因能效不合格问题和安全问题被召回，奥克斯品牌空调因此被沙特政府列入“黑名单”。下面附上截图，便于您查证自纠：
三、我们认为，质量是企业的生命，诚信是企业的良心。中国制造企业获得世界尊重的方式是共同为世界提供优质的产品，而不是以所谓“互联网直卖”为噱头、以低价促销作为幌子，销售不合格产品欺骗消费者，更不能因为同是中国企业，而对存在的产品质量问题互瞒互庇，甚至动辄以“民族大义”上纲上线。只有这样，才能真正贯彻落实高质量发展国家战略，才能真正实现“让世界爱上中国造”！
