雅士利国际(01230.HK)终止出售新西兰乳业49%股份
格隆汇8月30日丨蒙牛乳业(02319.HK)及雅士利国际(01230.HK)联合宣布,于2018年12月14日,雅士利(香港)拟向买方Danone AsiaPacific Holdings Pte. Ltd.,出售新西兰乳业的49%已发行股本,代价分两笔支付。新西兰乳业余下的51%已发行股本继续由雅士利(香港)持有。据悉,雅士利为蒙牛乳业拥有51.04%股权的附属公司。
蒙牛董事会及雅士利董事会宣布,于2019年8月30日,雅士利(香港)及买方已书面同意终止股份购买协议,即时生效。蒙牛董事会及雅士利董事会认为,终止(i)符合蒙牛乳业及蒙牛股东以及雅士利及雅士利股东的整体利益;(ii)不会对蒙牛集团及雅士利集团的业务营运及财务状况造成重大不利影响;及(iii)不会对雅士利集团与达能的现时及未来合作产生影响。
