格隆汇8月31日丨中国公共采购(01094.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司实现收入1132.2万港元,同比下降8.5%;毛利775.2万港元,同比下降20.3%;公司拥有人应占期内亏损985.3万港元,同比收窄36.9%;基本每股亏损5.65港仙,不派息。
报告期内,收入包括公共采购收入373.8万港元,占整体收入的33.0%;提供企业资讯科技解决方案收入264.8万港元,占整体收入的23.4%;及租金收入493.6万港元,占整体收入的43.6%。
报告期内,收入减少主要是由于市场竞争激烈致使提供企业资讯科技解决方案的收入减少。然而公共采购及租金收入均稍有增长。
报告期内,毛利率为68.5%,较去年同期的毛利率78.6%,下降10.1个百分点。毛利率下跌主要是因为销售成本增加。而亏损大幅减少主要是因期内录得减值亏损回拨。
