中国交建(601800.SH)下属子公司与振华重工设立项目公司
格隆汇8月31日丨中国交建(601800.SH)公布,公司第四届董事会第二十六次会议审议通过了《关于三公局与振华重工共同投资G106京广线东明黄河公路大桥改扩建工程PPP项目所涉关联交易的议案》,同意公司下属子公司三公局与振华重工投资设立项目公司,项目公司投资项目。三公局现金出资0.80亿元,持股比例30%。
振华重工为公司控股股东中交集团的下属公司,根据《上交所上市规则》和《关联交易指引》的相关规定,此交易构成关联交易,涉及关联交易金额为约8000万元。
