三爱健康集团(01889.HK)中期业绩实现扭亏为盈至3.94亿元
格隆汇8月30日丨三爱健康集团(01889.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收益2669万元人民币(下同)，毛利292万元；公司股权益持有人应占利润3.94亿元，上年同期则录得亏损，同比实现扭亏为盈；基本每股盈利12.8分。
公告表示，自去年10月以来，集团已对业务及资产作出重大改变。集团积极采取各类举措提升资金状况。其中包括，于南平市建阳区人民法院于2019年3月15日举行的拍卖中出售福建三爱药业有限公司的被拍卖资产。此外，集团在2019年4月30日签署买卖协议出售一间间接全资附属公司，即武夷国际药业(香港)有限公司及武夷香港的全资附属公司褔建三爱。
完成拍卖事项及出售事项前，两者均为集团带来重大亏损以及约2.338亿元的未偿还短期贷款责任。拍卖事项及出售事项已于回顾期内完成。紧接拍卖事项及出售事项完成后，集团便不再录得净亏损，且全部未偿还银行借贷于出售事项完成后获解除。由于集团无需在短期内偿还已出售公司曾产生的银行借贷，集团的资产负债比率得到极大改善。
同时，集团在健康产业收购和开展了新的医药类业务。于2019年3月，公司收购了福建至信医药有限公司和Zentrogene Bioscience Laboratory Limited，于2019年4月集团投资了大麻二酚(“CBD”)产品制造商Dr. Adams Laborateries Ltd. ，并开始在香港分销包括Dr. Adams产品在内的多款CBD产品。这一系列的举措使集团的医药类业务更加多元化，使集团能够经营主要由福建永春制药有限公司运营的制药业务，主要由福建至信(该收购于2019年4月完成)经营的医药分销业务，以及Zentrogene运营的精准医学业务。三爱国际贸易有限公司为经营CBD业务的主要营运中心。
