吉祥航空(603885.SH)上半年净利降6.4%至5.79亿元
格隆汇8月30日丨吉祥航空(603885.SH)公布2019上半年业绩,公司实现营业收入80.61亿元,同比增长16.32%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润为5.79亿元,同比下降了6.4%。由于2019年上半年,公司经营规模扩大、机场起降费用上涨,使得盈利水平下滑,下降的另一重要因素为公司2019年上半年的合并范围较去年同期发生变化,去年同期包括了已转让的华瑞租赁净利润。
截至2019年6月30日,本公司运营68架A320系列飞机,4架波音787系列飞机。本公司子公司九元航空运营18架波音737系列飞机。公司引进的飞机均为新飞机、公司机队是我国主要民航企业中最为年轻的机队之一,截至2019年6月末,平均机龄仅为4.79年;公司飞机各项性能较好,因而飞机及发动机发生故障而进行大修的概率相对较低、日常养护费用亦相对较少,引进全新飞机有利于公司日常飞行的效益性、安全性。
公司于上半年组织各运行部门开展4项项目型风险管理工作,包括787二类运行、787HUD运行、大兴机场投运、320NEO/321NEO新飞机引进等;开展8项信息驱动型风险管理,包括低温修正、避免偏离空管指令、夏季短跑道机场运行、误碰ADIRS等工作;发布6个安全风险通告,以提前识别风险,制定相应预防措施,将安全关口前移,降低公司的运行风险。
2019年上半年本公司共安全飞行17.56万小时,完成起落7.54万架次,同比分别增长12.85%和14.94%。报告期内,公司用于安全生产的费用支出为105,046.01万元。
019年公司新增与芬兰航空的双边代码共享业务以及SPA联运结算协议。截至6月底,芬兰航销售实际承运人为吉祥航客票HEL=PVG共计1400张;SPA方面,吉祥已累计销售10000张以上基于欧洲以远段航班的联运客票,占总销售的70%。公司首次实现与国外航司的联运及代码共享上深度合作。
2019年以来,公司全面推动HVC2.0战略升级的三项主题:体验经济、数字化和国际化。为进一步推动吉祥航空HVC2.0战略落地,抓住体验经济模式的机遇点,公司启动“彩虹工程”体验经济项目,该项目旨在通过场景化体验设计精准把握客户需求,提供差异化的定制服务,提高客户忠诚度,进而形成体验且经济的体验经济模式。
