锦江投资(600650.SH)上半年扣非净利增6.78%至1.4亿元
格隆汇8月30日丨锦江投资(600650.SH)公布2019上半年业绩，公司实现营收11.94亿元，同比增长4.87%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.62亿元，同比增长0.1%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润1.4亿元，同比增长6.78%。
报告期内，锦江汽车圆满完成重要外事接待任务600余批。抓住会务会展、赛事、邮轮以及迪士尼市场机遇，不断扩大市场规模。上半年度，会务会展赛事供车业务市场增长趋势良好。先后承接了华交会、苏州新加坡工业园区二十周年庆典、第十九届国际液化天然气大会、中国联通大会、“世界执行大会”、“十三届二次政协会议”、“F1大奖赛”、“第二届国家品牌日”、陆家嘴论坛等供车业务1300余批次，提供服务车辆近1800辆次。在抵沪邮轮旅游用车市场居于领先地位，承接了银音号、威斯特丹号、蓝宝石公主号、玛丽女王号等邮轮26艘次，提供车辆服务950余辆次，同比增长41.3%。商务长包车总数达到1800余辆次，比2018年末略有增长。公司现有迪士尼班车业务51辆，其中园区内蓝色巴士40辆，员工班车黄色巴士11辆，班车业务有所减缩。
吴泾公司上半年主营业务稳中有进，库房利用率逐步回升，营业收入、利润等指标进一步企稳向好。吴泾公司根据自身情况进一步提升包库业务比重。业务部门积极主动引导原有的零租客户转向包库运作，上半年包库面积同比增加70%左右，库房综合利用率从去年同期的60%上升到85%。
由于原租赁物业业主经营调整，不再续签办公楼、冷库及干货库等物业租赁合同，新天天公司整体搬迁至吴淞罗吉厂区。搬迁补偿费用1579.56万元已到账。
锦江汽车主动适应传统客运行业与“互联网”相融合的新趋势，不断探索网约车合作新模式并迈出平台合作经营步伐。秉着“先行先试，积累经验”的理念，设立网约车项目专属机构，并统筹资源，以优惠价格购置新能源车辆，配备符合网约车资质驾驶员，分别投入第三方平台开展网约车服务，在试运营过程中不断完善网约车业态管理制度和司机KPI考核等，为下一步转型发展积累经验。
锦江低温公司重点提升与优化WMS信息管理平台的运行效率，建立合理化运维机制，实施人员的专业分工，保证各所属企业WMS仓储与车辆业务稳定运行。配合新天天搬迁并实施建立吴淞服务器机房，安全迁移综合性门户网站与财务系统。
