申万宏源(000166.SZ)半年度净利润升54.99%至32.02亿元
格隆汇8月30日丨申万宏源(000166.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入104.84亿元，同比增长72.58%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润32.02亿元，同比增长54.99%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润31.90亿元，同比增长55.72%；基本每股收益0.14元。
手续费及佣金净收入33.39亿元。其中：受上半年证券市场回暖，交投活跃影响，经纪业务手续费净收入较上年同比增加2.21亿元，增长11.59%；受本期股票与债券承销业务增长影响，投资银行业务手续费净收入较上年同比增加1.35亿元，增长33.46%；受资管行业整体规模下降影响，资产管理及基金管理业务手续费净收入较上年同比减少1.72亿元，下降23.86%。
利息净收入14.01亿元，较上年同比增加6.36亿元，增长83.06%。公司依据财政部2018年12月26日印发的《关于修订印发2018年度金融企业财务报表格式的通知》有关要求，本期对分类为以摊余成本计量的金融资产、以公允价值计量且其变动计入其他综合收益的金融资产等按照实际利率法计算的利息收入，从原投资收益项下调整到利息收入项下。考虑前述利息收入调整因素的影响，公司利息净收入较上年同比下降5.52亿元，减少28.28%，主要是因为公司融出资金和股票质押利息收入减少所致。
投资收益与公允价值变动收益合计实现29.72亿元，较上年同比增加8.06亿元。考虑上述面所述调整因素的影响，公司投资收益与公允价值变动收益合计较上年同比增加19.94亿元，增长203.82%。
其他业务收入25.71亿元，较上年同比增加25.33亿元，主要受期货子公司基差贸易业务规模大幅增加影响，公司商品贸易收入同比大幅增加。
申万宏源集团旗下包括申万宏源证券、申万宏源产业投资、申万宏源投资、宏源期货、宏源汇智、宏源汇富等子公司，业务涵盖企业金融、个人金融、机构服务及交易、投资管理四大板块。
公司投资银行业务在政策支持直接融资，公司债市场回暖的背景下，积极服务资本市场改革和科技创新国家战略，紧抓市场机遇，全力参与科创板建设，持续加大新项目开拓力度，提高项目储备。报告期内，共完成A股股权融资项目4个，融资金额48.57亿元；并购重组交易家数2家，行业排名第6位，交易金额151.83亿元；企业债主承销项目11家，主承销家数排名第4位，主承销金额57.39亿元；公司债主承销项目29家，主承销金额187.42亿元；场外业务一级市场推荐挂牌项目3个，定向增发项目22家次，一级市场行业排名第二。
公司主要通过申万宏源证券、申万菱信、申万期货、宏源期货开展资产管理业务。2019年上半年，公司资管业务条线协同公司内外部资源，顺应市场和监管形势变化，努力克服外部环境的不利影响，推动专业化改革，提升主动管理能力为主线推进转型，扩充业务渠道，丰富产品体系，提高投资水平。截至报告期末，公司资产管理业务规模6043.06亿元，期末市占率4.45%，行业排名第7；主动管理月均规模1,430亿元，行业排名第6位。
