格隆汇8月30日丨长城动漫(000835.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入3169.04万元，同比下降46.13%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润251.27万元，同比下降57.72%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润251.27万元；基本每股收益0.0077元。
报告期公司总资产8.42亿元，同比下降43.23%；净资产2285.70万元，同比下降95.28%；营业收入3169.04万元，同比下降46.13%；净利润251.27万元，同比下降57.72%；游戏板块的北京新娱兄弟网络科技有限公司业营业利润增加566.93万元。归属于上市公司股东的净利润251.27万元，同比下降57.72%。公司整体营业外收入增加2803.82万元。
1.报告期公司总资产8.42亿元，同比下降43.23%；主要原因如下：(1)上年末公司游戏、动漫、动漫衍生品板块亏损，公司聘请评估机构对2018年商誉的可收回金额进行了评估，商誉减值金32785.68万元，导致报告期期初总资产大幅度下降。(2)上年同期收购北京迷你世界100%股权总资产增加8,000万元左右，由于资金紧张并未支付股权款，公司尚未对迷你世界构成实质控制，因此未将其纳入合并范围。
2.报告期公司净资产2285.70万元，同比下降95.28%；主要原因如下：(1)2018年度因营业亏损和商誉减值导致净利润-44866.72万元；导致净资产大幅度下降。(2)报告期由于动漫板块业务停滞、动漫衍生品经营亏损导致营业利润-2656.83万元。
3.报告期内公司实现营业收入3,169.04万元，同比下降46.13%；主要原因如下：(1)动漫板块杭州东方国龙影视动画有限公司、浙江新长城动漫有限公司、湖南宏梦卡通传播传播有限公司、诸暨美人鱼动漫有限公司，游戏板块杭州宣诚科技有限公司，因2018年度人员流失严重，报告期内无经营业务。(2)游戏板块的北京新娱兄弟网络科技有限公司业营业利润增加566.93万元。(3)动漫衍生品上海天芮经贸有限公司业务萎缩，营业收入下降1,415.68万元，营业利润下降244.76万元。
4.报告期内净利润251.27万元，同比下降60.14%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润251.27万元，同比下降57.72%。主要原因如下：(1)报告期内净利润-2654.40万元。(2)经核查，北京新娱兄弟网络科技有限公司2017年应扣减利润1094.40万元，同时扣减原股东股权款1931.43万元。上海天芮经贸有限公司2017年应扣减利润259万元，同时扣减原股东股权款889.82万元，导致营业外收入2821.25万元。
