格隆汇8月30日丨海通证券(600837.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入177.35亿元，同比增长62.08%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润55.27亿元，同比增长82.34%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润52.30亿元，同比增长98.33%；基本每股收益0.48元。
2019年上半年，面对复杂的宏观环境和国际形势带来的挑战，公司积极应对，主要财务指标和业务指标继续排名行业前列。公司完成了新一届董事会、监事会的改选，治理结构进一步优化；海通恒信顺利完成在香港联交所挂牌上市，成为公司在境外的第三个上市平台；公司抓住科创板推出的历史性机遇，完善科创板相关制度建设和系统建设，完成6家科创板企业申报，其中2家完成注册发行，占首批已完成发行拟上市企业数量的8%；稳步推进支持民营企业发展资产管理计划(“支持民企发展计划”)，总规模排名行业前列；顺利完成对海通国际控股20亿元增资，海通银行3.75亿欧元再贷款，以及海通国际7亿美元优先票据发行；公司A股定向增发材料已被中国证监会正式受理；公司分类评价继续保持行业最高的A类AA级，公司业务市场竞争力和合规风险管控能力进一步提升。
报告期内，公司境内完成股权发行项目10家、债券主承销项目574期、并购重组交易6单，境内投行业务净收入排名行业第三。海通国际继续保持在香港地区投行业务领先优势，海通银行在债券发行、并购融资等方面不断突破。
截至6月末，公司资产管理业务管理资产总规模超1.1万亿元，其中海通资管公司3,079亿元、海富通基金2,158亿元、富国基金5198亿元、产业投资基金子公司217亿元、海通国际资产管理规模超过480亿港元。
海通恒信于2019年6月3日成功在香港联交所正式挂牌上市，募集资金总额约23.22亿港元，为海通恒信注入了新的资本动能，为后续发展提供了有力保障。2019年上半年，海通恒信规模和盈利能力持续提升，共实现新增业务投放273.48亿元；收入总额35.39亿元，同比增长44.2%；净利润7.29亿元；不良资产率0.96%，拨备覆盖率334.66%。
