百邦科技(300736.SZ)：上半年由盈转亏至1433.90万元
格隆汇8月30日丨百邦科技(300736.SZ)披露2019年半年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入1.31亿元，同比下降37.75%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损1433.90万元，而上年同期为盈利1927.01万元；经营活动现金净流出2602.17万元，而上年同期为净流入2332.370万元；基本每股亏损0.18元。
报告期末，公司总资产4.39亿元，比年初减少6.89%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产3.84亿元，比年初减少4.80%。
国际数据公司(IDC)的统计显示，2019年第一季度，苹果手机在华的出货量为650万台，比2018年第一季度下降32.99%，市场份额占比为7.40%，较2018年第一季度的10.80%下降3.4%；2019年第二季度，苹果手机在华的出货量660万台，比2018年第二季度下降6.2%，市场份额占比为进一步下降为6.7%。受此影响，公司2019年上半年的苹果保内维修收入同比下降38%；另一方面，由于苹果214元优惠换电池活动于2018年12月31日结束，且最终用户对于保外价格敏感，手机电池维修量下降明显。
多渠道引流，扩大客户来源：公司目前的七大引流方式包括：苹果公司官方网站及客服电话引流；公司微信公众号引流；公司通过线上商城天猫店和京东引流；通过百度、百度地图、高德地图、大众点评及美团网引流；通过走进企业服务，主动触达客户；通过老客户介绍及朋友圈推广引流；通过加盟商推荐引流。
低频变高频，增强客户黏性：一方面，通过丰富的产品满足消费者和加盟商多样性的需求。报告期内，公司不仅增加手机周边产品及配附件的在售品类，丰富了二手机产品的供应品类，还增加了手机维修换屏/换板一口价、数据擦除/恢复业务和电脑租赁业务；另一方面，通过专业的市场品牌团队，利用线上线下渠道持续宣传和强化品牌影响力，提高消费者对百邦品牌的认识。
厚积而薄发，加速联盟业务：公司在“加盟店+会员店+工程师之家”网点布局的上持续投入，报告期内，将部分募集资金变更为“百邦快修加盟建设项目”。公司计划在两年内在全国发展千家加盟店和万家会员店，在北京、深圳、武汉等全国主要城市建设多个百邦工程师之家，作为百邦城市联盟的线下据点和业务支撑，工程师之家定位于“人”和“件”的中心，着眼于搭建一个同业交流与知识分享的平台，依托培训班机制开展终端品类的人才培训与认证；同时，通过整合供应链资源为加盟商提供配附件供应与售后服务、二手机回收与供货等服务，拓展新的市场蓝海。
