平安证券集团控股(00231.HK)中期亏损减少6.75%至2.56亿港元
隆汇8月30日丨平安证券集团控股(00231.HK)发布公告,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司收益4546.4万港元,同比增长2%;期间亏损2.56亿港元,亏损同比减少6.75%;每股亏损5.14港仙。
亏损减少主要由于(i)期内预租位于广东省佛山市之发展中投资物业之数量下降导致相应代理费、增值税及房产税费用(已入账列为分销成本)大副减少;(ii)于回顾期内发展中投资物业的公平值亏损大幅增加;及(iii)由于上述第(ii)项发展中投资物业公平值变动亏损导致因此而产生之递延税项抵免(包含于所得税抵免)于回顾期内大幅增加。
