格隆汇8月29日丨华侨城(亚洲)(03366.HK)发布公告,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司收入3.1亿元人民币,同比减少54.3%;公司拥有人应占溢利3435.8万元,同比减少43%;每股盈利。
收益减少主要原因是由于所在区域的限购限售等调控政策所导致的成都华侨城和上海苏河湾项目的收入下降所致。
本公司的权益持有人应占溢利下降主要由于城镇化产业生态圈投资业务的投资收益下降所致
