格隆汇8月29日丨御家汇(300740.SZ)披露2019年半年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入9.73亿元，同比下降0.82%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润596.05万元，同比下降90.83%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为亏损408.42万元，而上年同期为盈利6350.95万元；经营活动现金净流出1.98亿元，而上年同期为净流入1.19亿元；基本每股收益0.0146元。
报告期内，业绩下滑的主要原因是期内公司为了适应各种变化，加大了渠道和市场投入的力度，并在新品牌培育方面加大投入，销售费用比率上升较快。
报告期内，2019年御泥坊品牌在线下KA渠道得到高速发展，成功进驻全国重点KA渠道，屈臣氏零售同比增长265%，集团下属品牌小迷糊、薇风成功进驻屈臣氏销售。推出轻医美品牌HPH，HPH是由中日多位医美及皮肤科专家联合参与研发的品牌，2019年5月在云集首款首发上线，首发提前抢空。御泥坊男士品牌全新升级，扩充轻彩妆品类。小迷糊品牌从面膜品类扩展，增添彩妆、局部等快时尚产品，结合新传媒触达用户。薇风品牌通过类目拓展，新品上线，与淘宝TOP主播李佳琦合作紧密，上半年销售增速同比超过100%；在云集超级品牌日单天业绩创新高，成为平台KA和类目头部商家。花瑶花民族品牌新品忍冬花面膜上线后广受用户喜爱，同时强势进军社交新零售渠道，开启社交电商多渠道多模式探索盒。
2018年，公司开放了积累多年的电商运营、物流、传媒经验，对外发布了独立跨境电商开放平台。经过前期合作，公司跨境电商运营服务能力得到了国际优质品牌的认可。报告期内，公司锐意进取持续推进国际化布局，与更多国际品牌达成合作伙伴关系。公司现已与日本城野医生、韩国丽得姿、美国洗护品牌OGX、意大利彩妆品牌KIKO。根据天猫国际生意参谋数据，城野医生成为天猫国际top2品牌，其中labolabo毛孔收敛水成为天猫国际爽肤水类目top1，VC377美白精华成为天猫国际精华类目top1。意大利彩妆品牌KIKO，618年中促销售超过2018年双11，成为天猫国际彩妆TOP5品牌。
报告期末，公司总资产17.69亿元，比年初减少7.07%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产13.06亿元，比年初减少6.66%。
