中国东方集团(00581.HK)中期纯利跌43.69%至16.66亿元 连特别息0.15港元。
格隆汇8月29日丨中国东方集团(00581.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司实现收入人民币210.51亿元(单位下同)，同比减少1.95%；毛利23.53亿元，同比减少40.67%；归属于公司权益持有者期内溢利16.66亿元，同比减少43.69%；基本每股收益0.45元，拟派中期息每股0.10港元及特别息每股0.05港元。
就钢铁业务而言，集团持续投放大量资源并致力提高产品的竞争力、经济效益以及环境保护，这些努力包括改善生产设备以提高效能、开发多元化及高端产品、加大高附加值产品比例及投入多项项目以减低排放。集团之型钢产量自2009年起一直位列全国领导位置，及一直参与起草国家的型钢标准，并且与中冶建筑研究总院有限公司落实于津西钢铁设立国家钢结构工程技术研究中心装配式钢结构建筑研究院。集团自2018年已完成多项环保项目，包括烧结、炼铁、炼钢及轧钢等全工序均符合超低排放标准，并已通过唐山市政府之验收。
为响应政府政策要求，集团正推进装备大型化计划，兴建若干新生产设备，包括两座各约2,000立方米容积的新高炉及两座各约150吨容积的新转炉以置换1,000立方米或以下容积的高炉及100吨或以下容积的转炉。
此外，集团亦已积极进行建设用于集团业务的材料及货物运送的支线铁路。该支线铁路将用作连接公司的设施与铁路运输枢纽系统及附近的港口，完成后将替代货车运送原材料及产品，这将有助集团以後推动节能及减排工作。经过历年不断优化生产效率，集团的钢材年产能仍保持在约为1,000万吨。于2019年上半年内，本集团销售自行生产的H型钢产品约178万吨，继续稳占中国H型钢市场的领导者位置。
就房地产业务而言，集团除发展传统房地产项目外，亦致力推动绿色结构发展建筑。集团位于唐山市及苏州的多个项目继续销售及交付，并录得稳定的收入及溢利贡献，这将有助集团房地产业务的稳定发展。于2019年6月30日止六个月内，集团录得房地产业务收入及营运溢利分别约4,660万元及310万元。
于2019年上半年内，集团钢铁产品及铁矿石贸易带来的收入和毛利分别为约44.5亿元(及约9,300万元。
