雷科防务(002413.SZ)发布半年报 净利润升1.61%至6903.52万元
格隆汇8月29日丨雷科防务(002413.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入4.69亿元，同比增长19.22%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润6903.52万元，同比增长1.61%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润6191.08万元，同比增长7.41%；基本每股收益0.06元。
报告期内，公司围绕年初制定的经营计划主要开展了以下工作：
1、继续加强对外合作，加强与军工集团的合作
经2019年4月20日召开的第六届董事会第七次会议审议通过，公司拟与中国兵器工业集团有限公司下属公司北京东方联星科技有限公司以及合肥新经济产业发展投资有限公司合作，在合肥高新区设立公司。公司与北京东方联星科技有限公司在北斗领域强强联合，能进一步拓展公司北斗导航业务发展空间。2、推动公司业务的优化
公司将立足已有军品重点型号，抓住军改后的新动向，谨慎跟踪新机遇；积极拓展民品市场，通过顶层论证切入应用，提高公司民用产品销售额占比，努力开拓民用服务型业务。在民用方面，公司自主研发的毫米波汽车前防撞雷达，相关技术指标已达到领先水平，其中，804T6型毫米波汽车前防撞雷达和SRR402T6型角雷达，目前已经获得数万套批量订单，同时与多个车厂进行深度对接，有望实现快速爆发式增长。
3、进一步加强异地布局
公司进一步加强了各地产业布局，实现综合成本的降低和生产效率的提升。通过贴近客户的地理优势，拿到第一手的客户需求；选取贴近资源的地理位置，拿到价格更加合理的材料和服务，更进一步优化公司的产业布局。
4、收购兼并、对外投资
2019年3月份，公司完成了对博海创业14.84%股权的收购，本次收购完成后，公司对博海创业的持股比例增加至66%，进一步加强了对博海创业的控制权。同时公司也在积极推进对西安恒达以及江苏恒达100%股权收购工作，截止本报告披露日，有关本次收购的申请材料已获得证监会受理。
