北控医疗健康(02389.HK)上半年实现收入6995.5万港元
格隆汇8月29日丨北控医疗健康(02389.HK)发布中期业绩，自2014年业务转型后，集团经过多年探索与发展，已于大健康领域中完成多元化业务布置。从年轻人的体育健康、中年人的医疗需求、到老年人的养老服务，配以周边产品和场所地点，均一应俱全。报告期内，公司实现收入6995.5万港元，毛利2626.3万港元。
养老业务方面，集团透过旗下“金太阳”及“宏泰”养老服务品牌，紧密契合国家养老产业发展方向，大力发展以养老机构和医养结合为主，智慧养老平台、居家社区照护相结合的全生态链城市智慧养老系统，为城市提供一站式养老服务，养老产业盈利能力不断提升。
截至2019年6月30日止，集团的服务老人会员人数达56万人；社区站点达352个；养老机构11家及养老机构床位达2,923张。养老机构入住率稳定处于高位，其中鼓楼老年公寓、鸿儒老年乐园、广益养老中心等成熟机构入住率达到100%，新投入运营养老机构项目平均入住率已达到50%以上，长者照护中心床位平均入住率达85%以上。2019年上半年，集团新增养老机构床位825张(位于江苏省)，较年初增长39.32%。同时，新增或提升3家医养结合护理院，计划与保险公司就长期护理险制度紧密集合，盈利能力不断提升。
在居家社区照护业务上，重点推进与企业单位的合作，发展点对点的“365元╱年+N”的养老服务，共计与9家团体单位签约合作，实行服务费直接与单位进行费用结算，大幅缩短了结算周期，盈利能力得到有效提升。居家社区养老方面，政府采购为主要收入来源，本期间，政府采购金额累计达到人民币7783万元。
医养产品销售方面，集团下属的医养产品公司北京伟森盛业家具有限公司(“伟森盛业”)已成为养老、医疗、教育等专业家具的领军企业，为国内顶尖养老机构、医院及学校提供环保、绿色及符合人体健康的专业家具。上半年，伟森盛业业务保持平稳，已交付重点项目包括：泰康保险旗下的“泰康之家”系列养老项目、北京协和医院国际部项目、绿地集团上海养老项目及无锡中海养老项目等。
同期，新签重点项目包括上海美中嘉和医学影像医疗项目、上海嘉会医院项目、泰康康复医院项目、沈阳华润润家养老项目、贵州中铁国际生态城养老服务中心项目、济南中海国际养老项目、海南生态智慧新城学校项目及华南理工大学国际校区项目等。伟森盛业继续提升产品科技含量，于2019年上半年顺利通过高新技术企业的年审，申请两项发明专利和获得五项软件着作权。
健康产业园业务方面，目前，集团在北京、上海、大理及加拿大共持有或参与7个项目，总占地44.92万平方米，各项目实施方案已取得项目所在地的政府支持，项目定位符合市场需求，商业价值提升潜力巨大。
展望未来，集团将以“健康中国”为使命，继续把握和充分利用中国养老、医疗和健康产业的良好外部环境，以大健康产业为发展方向，在大健康领域积极探索，寻求优质合作伙伴，整合社会资源，加快市场布局。
