建行(00939.HK):资产质量基本维持稳定
建行(00939.HK)副行长纪志宏於记者会指,会紧守政府「房住不炒」政策,支持房地产市场平稳发展,上半年房地产开发贷款跌6.55%,而不良贷款比年初下跌0.3个百分点,会继续维持审慎,落实中央要求,加强质量管理,推动结构调整。
首席风险官靳彦文指,风险至2013年起一直上升,至近两年才有下调,目前在「稳中有降」的状态,资产质量基本维持稳定。
首席财务官许一鸣指,集团成本收入比为27%,属低水平,不能再往下,特别是员工成本太低,未来希望可以提升员工回报。
