慈星股份(300307.SZ)发布半年报 净利润降52.66%至6327.54万元
格隆汇8月29日丨慈星股份(300307.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约9.79亿元，同比下降2.31%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约6327.54万元，同比下降52.66%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约3761.95万元，同比下降44.93%；基本每股收益0.08元。
报告期内，公司实现营业总收入约9.79亿元，较上年同期下降2.31%，利润总额8300.86万元，较上年同期下降44.26%，归属于母公司股东的净利润6327.54万元，较上年同期下降52.66%，主要系费用较上年同期有一定上升，非经常性损益较去年同期减少约3900万元。
1、电脑横机业务
报告期内电脑横机市场竞争激烈，电脑横机业务实现营收约6.46亿元，较去年同期下降19.88%。为提升公司的市场竞争力，公司加大了研发投入，研发的新产品包括一次成型电脑横机、全新STG三代无废纱起底电脑横机及智跑式电脑横机等产品。公司也积极拓展海内外市场，参加了西班牙的ITMA等行业展会，并在毛衫产业集群地区开展新品发布会等多种形式的活动，以促进公司的产品销售。公司将进一步加强费用及成本的管控，以应对市场竞争益发激烈的环境。
2、机器人业务
报告期内中天自动化公司根据市场的变化对原有业务进行了整合，主要聚焦于新能源业务和3C业务，报告期内其实现营业收入约1.58亿元，较上年同期增长616.89%，从上半年经营情况来看，中天自动化公司的利润增长点主要来自于锂电池设备以及光伏电池设备销售的快速增长。中天自动化公司将继续按照已制定的发展策略推进:1)、行业聚焦光伏、锂电等新能源业务及3C产业；2)、积极引进了优质团队，加大产品的研发投入，提升产品的标准化水平；3)、加强业务拓展力度，由二级供应逐步转向一级供应并加大行业头部客户的开拓。
3、移动互联网业务
优投科技公司及多义乐公司两家移动互联网公司的主营业务分别是互联网移动视频分发及移动计费业务和移动互联网营销业务，报告期内将积极拓展新媒体业务，以增强公司的盈利能力和抗风险能力。报告期内实现营业收入约1.35亿元，较上年同期增长4.64%，长尾流量持续萎缩及运营商政策收紧等因素导致其营收未有成长。
