中车时代电气(03898.HK)拟实施半导体业务资产重组计划
格隆汇8月29日丨中车时代电气(03898.HK)公布,董事会通过一项决议案批准有关公司半导体业务的资产重组计划,方式为(1)公司向全资附属公司株洲中车时代半导体有限公司增资人民币24亿元;及(2)以非公开协议转让方式将公司半导体事业部的现有资产、负债及业务以约人民币17亿元(视乎专项审计的资产净值而定)的代价转让予时代半导体。
董事会认为,实施该计划有助于进一步完善及加强半导体业务的管理,促进该集团的业务发展,且符合该公司及其股东的整体利益。
