格隆汇8月29日丨WING ON CO(00289.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,实现收入7.04亿港元,同比减少6.9%;应拨归公司股东本期溢利5.76亿港元,同比减少28.42%;每股基本及摊薄盈利196.1 仙 ;拟派中期股息每股38港仙。
截至2019年6月30日止6个月,集团的物业投资收入增加12.8%至2.545亿港元。集团位于香港的商业投资物业收入增加5.9%至1.826亿港元,由于期内永安九龙中心出租率上升及永安中心于租约续期时能取得较高租金。
于期内,集团位于香港的商业投资物业整体出租率上升至约99%。于期内,集团位于墨尔本的商业写字楼物业收入增加41.3%至6880万港元。
