周黑鸭(01458.HK):首现门店负增长,半年关店117家

周黑鸭正陷入直营模式扩张的瓶颈。

今年上半年,公司继续加大销售及分销支出,扭转营业收入下滑的局面,但净利润下滑状况愈演愈烈。

中报显示,公司营业收入微增不到2%,归母净利润同比降幅超过30%。

这是公司上市以来业绩最糟糕的一次业绩。

净利润陡降30%

8月27日晚,周黑鸭披露2019年半年报显示,公司实现营业收入16.26亿元,归母净利润2.24亿元,同比分别增长1.8%和-32.53%。

公司表示,净利润下滑主要是门店经营利润率下跌、原材料成本上涨导致毛利率下降,新投产项目和门店租金增长等。

营业收入增长则是得益于线上渠道销售额略微增加。不过,1.8%的营收增速,相比同期绝味食品19.42%、煌上煌13.15%的营收增速,要逊色很多。

今年上半年,公司自营门店实现收入14.03亿元,同比减少1.89%;线上渠道实现收入1.64亿元,同比增长9.33%;分销商实现0.50亿元,同比减少2.06%。

公司主要依赖于自营门店的收入,自营门店收入占比公司营业收入的86.3%。

在自营门店的收入中,还包括外卖服务收入,2018年上半年及2019年上半年,来自外卖服务的收益分别占自营门店收入的9.9%和14.3%。

今年上半年,公司新开自营门店84家,同时因经营效益不佳、市政改造等原因关闭117家,新进入河南信阳、福建晋江、广东江门和汕头等城市。

斑马消费梳理发现,这是周黑鸭有公开披露数据以来,首次出现门店数量负增长。

截止6月底,公司在全国拥有自营门店总数量为1255家。

在总销量方面,今年上半年总销量1.83万吨,同比多卖了89吨。客单价已从2018上半年的65.83元/单,降至今年上半年的62.13元/单。

今年上半年毛利率从去年同期的59.9%降至55.9%,仍高于绝味食品(34.23%)、煌上煌(37.32%)。

值得注意的是,周黑鸭净利率已从2018年上半年的20.76%降至2019年上半年的13.78%。

华中市场持续下滑

周黑鸭在湖北武汉发迹崛起,并从这里走向全国市场。

包括湖北在内的华中五省,是公司的最主要市场,一直用40%以上的门店数量,贡献超过60%的营业收入。

今年前6个月,华中区域实现收入8.42亿元,占比公司营业收入的60%。2018年和2017年同期,分别为8.65亿元(62.8%)和8.74亿元(64.1%)。

报告期内,公司在华中区域净增门店40家,增速为7.69%。上年同期净增门店为120家,增速30%。

门店增加而收入下降,正是源于单店收入的持续负增长。

今年上半年,华中区域单店年收入150.28万元,同比下降9.66%;2018年上半年单店年收入166.35万元,同比下降23.87%。

在周黑鸭比较看重的华东市场,也出现下滑的局面。报告期内,公司在华东区域的门店同比减少19家,收入同比减少7.78%。

目前,公司只有在华南区域的收入增长趋势比较明显,今年上半年实现2.25亿元,同比增长28.57%,其门店数量从2018上半年的207家增至今年上半年的226家。

2018年,公司进入西北市场,截止6月末,西北区域门店已有9家,实现收入544.6万元,占比公司收入的0.4%。
