都市丽人(02298.HK)上半年实现收入22.1亿元
格隆汇8月29日丨都市丽人(02298.HK)发布中期业绩，报告期内，集团透过遍布全国逾330个地级市的庞大门店网络及网上销售平台向消费者销售产品。上半年，公司实现收入22.102亿元人民币(下同)，公司拥有人应占利润3546.6万元，基本每股盈利1.57分。
报告期内，电子商务的销售上升约6.9%，主要是因为集团持续投入资源发展电商销售渠道所致。集团持有一些原材料供应商的股权，并了解行业的成本结构。从2018年下半年起，集团通过大规模采购原材料，享受规模效益，再转售给第三方。
2019年下半年，集团将优化管理团队，包括委任服装零售行业经验丰富的新行政总裁萧家乐先生，领导集团进行改革，改善营运和内部管理；及委任新的销售总监及正在招聘新的市场部总监和品牌管理总监，协助推广集团的品牌和新产品。此外，集团聘任波士顿咨询公司和上海欧睿供应链有限公司协助集团的改革和转型。
提升产品设计和质量，并进行供应链管理改革
(a)增加对新原材料和产品的研发投入；
(b)跟十六家贴身衣物产品和材料供应商签订战略投资合约，以强化供应链管理，缩短新材料、新产品的开发和生产周期，及提高集团的快反能力。连同在2018年所签订的战略投资合约，集团已战略投资二十七家供应商；
(c)法国设计师Nathalie Sokierka和Emeline Dural，及国内知名设计师范燕燕的作品将于今年下半年正式推出市场；
(d)除上述设计师的产品外，集团今年下半年将正式以四种风格(Flirt诱惑、Free简约自然、Function功能主义和Fun玩乐主义)推出新产品，以全面提升商品竞争力，推动产品快速迗代；及
(e)投入资金加强产品的质量检测，其中部份检测项目(例如有毒化学物及致癌物质)的检测标准高于中国政府所定的标准。
推出品牌形象
(a)委任关晓彤小姐为新代言人，因其青春、有活力、性感和正面形象跟集团的新产品的风格配合；及
(b)继续加大广告推广活动的投入。
此外，集团将改善零售管道，包括积极以新形象进入购物中心；加强在第四、五线地区的发展；使用腾讯的小程式，打破线上线下界限，加强与会员的互动，实现全渠道销售；及继续投入资源于电商管道。
公司表示，集团需要时间进行改革和转型，管理层相信在采取上述措施和适当调整战略后，营运结果将得到改善。
