花旗:升深圳国际(0152.HK)目标价至20.3港元 评级“买入”
花旗发表报告表示,深圳国际(00152.HK)上半年纯利分别按年升39%至12亿元,核心利润则跌8%,而集团经营现金流强劲,按年升2倍至达到32亿元。


该行认为,深圳国际作为国企改革的先驱,将会是大湾区发展及深圳先行示范区等政策的主要受惠者之一,故相信随深圳国际将土储逐步变现,未来三年内可保持稳定派息政策。目前其股息收益率逾7%,在减息环境下更是该公司催化剂。该行将其目标价由19.6港元上调至20.3港元,维持“买入”评级。
