腾讯(00700.HK)子公司退租中环中心 料遭没收逾300万订金
本地传媒报道引述土地注册处资料指,腾讯(00700.HK)旗下子公司、游戏公司Riot Games於8月退租中环中心写字楼单位。去年Riot Games分两个阶段承租中环中心51楼1至3及6至7室两个单位,以每月约103万元承租三年,至2021年9月底,月租共约102.96万元,尺租95元。
由於租户提早超过两年放弃有关楼面,根据市场惯例须缴付三个月租金作为订金,即约308.88万订金将遭业主没收。
