德信中国(02019.HK)中期纯利增长130.05%至9.96亿元 中期息每股0.10元
格隆汇8月28日丨德信中国(02019.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，实现收入35.18亿元，同比增长42.37%；毛利12.16亿元，同比增长47.46%；公司拥有人应占期内利润9.96亿元，同比增长130.05%；基本及摊薄每股盈利0.40元；拟派中期股息每股0.10元。
截至2019年6月30日止6个月，集团连同合营企业及联营公司的未经审核合约销售额约为218.17亿元，同比增长10.8%，合约销售建筑面积约124.9万平方米，同比增长3.6%。
截至2019年6月30日止6个月，合约销售平均售价约为每平方米17,462.3元，同比增长约7.0%。
期内，物业销售收入同比增长约41.9%至约34.73亿元，占集团总收入的约98.7%。截至2019年6月30日止6个月，集团已确认总建筑面积约23.63万平方米，较2018年同期增长约80.2%。确认为物业销售的物业平均售价约为每平方米人民币14,696.5元，同比减少约21.3%。平均售价降低主要是由于丽水及衢州平均售价较低的已确认建筑面积显着增加所致。
公告显示，物业建筑及项目管理服务收入同比增长约21.1%至约1310万元，占集团总收入的约0.4%。有关增长主要来自于瑞安市的一个物业管理项目，截至2019年6月30日，该项目已竣工。
商业物业租赁方面，租金收入同比增加约390.0%至约2660万元，占集团总收入的约0.8%。有关增加主要是由于投资物业于期内的出租率有所提高。
酒店运营方面，期内收入同比减少约22.7%至约500万元，占集团总收入的约0.1%。
土地储备方面，截至2019年6月30日，集团(连同其合营企业及联营公司)拥有122个项目，土地储备为1225.4万平方米，其中116个项目分布于长三角地区的16座城市。
此外，集团已进入粤港澳大湾区及成渝城市群，截至2019年6月30日透过附属公司及联营公司成功取得广州及成都的优质项目。
