格隆汇8月28日丨天津津燃公用(01265.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司收入7.79亿元人民币,同比增长2%;归属于母公司股东的净利润199.6万元,同比减少91%;期间毛利率由上年同期约2.57%下降至期内的约1.50%亏损;每股收益0.001元。
该集团财务表现转差,主要由于:(1)燃气接驳工程类项目收入录得下跌,原因是2019年上半年该集团所辖区域房地产市场相对疲软,新落成地产项目较少,导致市场对该集团接驳管道燃气服务的需求下降;及(2)天然气安全生产费的同比支出增加,原因是该集团今年决定(i)加强安全设施维护工作;以及(ii)相较2018年集中在第三和四季展开、2019年从第一季开始进行安全设施维护工作。该集团下半年将进一步加大市场拓展力度,抓住煤改燃契机,寻找利润增长点。
