国轩高科(002074.SZ)半年度净利润降24.49%至3.52亿元
格隆汇8月28日丨国轩高科(002074.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入36.07亿元，同比增长38.36%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.52亿元，同比下降24.49%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润2.92亿元，同比增长10.34%；基本每股收益0.31元。
2019年上半年，在新能源汽车补贴逐步退坡的影响下，动力锂电池市场竞争激烈，企业回款压力较大。同时，新能源汽车市场整体竞争格局尚未完全形成，各细分领域的龙头公司更有望充分受益于新能源汽车双积分政策以及新能源产业发展战略带来的机遇。
报告期内，公司集中研发力量，推进核心优势产品的产业化。公司在电解液添加剂研发、硅基负极材料等几项核心技术上取得一定突破。公司通过材料体系优化、电芯结构设计改进、设备控制能力提升等措施，开发出单体能量密度超190Wh/kg的磷酸铁锂电芯，并成功产业化应用于江淮汽车、奇瑞新能源等下游客户，使得磷酸铁锂电池在新能源乘用车领域实现了与三元电池并驾齐驱的局面。公司自主开发的三元电芯产品已完成设计验证并实现量产，单体能量密度超过210Whkg，三元电芯循环寿命突破1500周。随着公司三元电池生产线升级改造完成，年产4GWh三元电池生产线逐步投产，以及下游客户新车型陆续上市，三元电池在公司产品结构中的占比有望逐步提升。
报告期内，随着动力锂电池下游应用领域的变化，公司大力拓展乘用车市场、稳步发展商用车市场、精心耕耘专用车市场，做强铁锂、发力三元，做大做强储能应用领域。在乘用车市场，公司持续巩固与江淮汽车、北汽新能源、奇瑞新能源、吉利等车企的合作关系，同步开发国际客户，在国际市场形成一定的突破，公司产品结构中，乘用车占比已超过商用车。在储能应用领域，公司对储能技术的产业应用、市场开拓、商业模式进行积极探索，并取得实质性进展。
公司在上游资源端进行了合理的产业布局与合作。公司与中冶集团在唐山曹妃甸设立合资公司，建立稳定的钴镍原料供货关系，公司与上海电气合资设立基于动力锂电池储能业务的公司，实现业务范围进一步扩大。报告期内，公司加快前次募集资金项目建设，其中南京国轩“年产3亿Ah高比能动力锂电池产业化项目”、青岛国轩“年产2Gwh高比能动力锂电池项目”，国轩电池“年产4GWh高比能动力锂电池产业化项目”等按照规划进度已实现部分产线分批投产，公司动力锂电池产能迅速得到释放。
