润建股份(002929.SZ)发布半年报 净利润降14.60%至8770.37万元
格隆汇8月28日丨润建股份(002929.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约16.13亿元，同比增长7.39%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约8770.37万元，同比下降14.60%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约8347.87万元，同比下降17.80%；基本每股收益0.3973元。
2019年上半年，运营商压缩运营成本，减少资本开支，通信技术服务市场价格竞争加剧，中标价格下降，导致公司毛利率下降明显。在市场竞争激烈、经营成本高企的环境下，公司通过管理体系和人员结构优化，借助信息化系统提升管理效率，采用智能化作业系统提升交付质量，降低成本增长幅度，进一步巩固公司在优势业务、优势区域的领先地位。同时公司根据战略规划和市场环境变化，进一步扩展服务范围至信息技术服务、电力与新能源服务、云服务与IDC服务。
报告期内，公司开展重点工作如下：
1、市场
2019年上半年，公司依托已有辐射全国的市场布局，强化销售渠道建设，建立并完善基于产品的市场体系。
2019年上半年，公司中标四川、云南、广西、江苏、山东、河南、北京、河北、湖南、青海、湖北、宁夏、陕西等13省移动综合代维项目，其中河北首次突破此项目，广西、江苏、北京、陕西、青海、湖北6个省份市场份额省内排名第一，此次招标结束后，公司在全国移动综合代维服务业务中省份数量排名第一。上半年公司开拓天津铁塔融合智能监控业务，进一步巩固了公司代维业务的优势。在网络优化业务上，中标广西、四川中国移动无线优化业务。
在信息技术服务、电力与新能源服务、云服务与IDC服务等业务上，2019年上半年公司已经开始战略布局及市场开拓，并在电力、警务、教育、金融、交通、建筑等行业上斩获了一系列项目，为后续业务开展打下良好基础。
2、研发工作
2019年上半年，为增强企业核心竞争力，公司持续在软件开发、平台建设等高新技术业务进行拓展。创新研发院积极与创新合资企业、合作伙伴、研究院所等进行研发项目合作，持续进行自主创新产品研发、产品解决方案宣传与推广，同时对前沿技术、优秀产品进行调研及合作。团队建设方面积极引进精干人才，同时为稳定和扩大研发技术人员队伍，完善技术创新激励机制并推动执行。公司持续强化在资质优势，完成软件能力成熟度集成模型三级(CMMI3)至五级(CMMI5)升级，新获取信息技术服务运行维护标准符合性三级(ITSS3级)资质。目前公司集合已有产品与先进技术，形成产品生态链。
3、重点管理工作
报告期内，公司进一步加快工作重心向现场一线、市场、项目交付转移，紧抓公司价值创造的关键节点，围绕关键节点强化资源投入，有效提升了公司作业生产效率与市场开拓能力。同时，在夯实传统业务的基础上，初步完成了公司战略发展的整体业务布局，为下半年及未来发展奠定了基础。另外，公司还按照业务拓展的需要，进一步梳理和完善了内部管理架构及管理方式，按业务线实施精简高效的线条管理模式，为各分公司业务发展提供强有力的服务支撑。
