建设银行(601939.SH)半年度归属股东净利润升4.87%至1541.9亿元
格隆汇8月28日丨建设银行(601939.SH)发布2019年半年度报告,实现营业收入3614.71亿元,同比增长6.08%;归属于本行股东的净利润1541.90亿元,同比增长4.87%;扣除非经常性损益后归属于本行股东的净利润1541.09亿元,同比增长5.34%;基本每股收益0.62元。
上半年,集团实现利息净收入2504.36亿元,较上年同期增加109.50亿元,增幅为4.57%;在营业收入中占比为69.28%。受市场利率整体下行、市场竞争加剧等影响,集团生息资产收益率上升幅度低于付息负债付息率上升幅度,净利差为2.12%,同比下降8个基点;净利息收益率为2.27%,同比下降7个基点。
利息净收入较上年同期增加109.50亿元,主要是由于各项资产负债平均余额变动带动利息净收入增加211.72亿元,受平均收益率和成本率变动影响利息净收入减少102.22亿元。
另外,非利息收入1110.35亿元,较上年同期增加97.57亿元,增幅为9.63%。非利息收入在营业收入中的占比为30.72%,较上年同期增加1.00个百分点。其中,手续费及佣金净收入766.95亿元,较上年同期上升11.15%。手续费及佣金净收入对营业收入比率较上年同期上升0.97个百分点至21.22%。
上半年,集团盈利水平实现平稳增长,利润总额1911.80亿元,较上年同期增长5.38%;净利润1557.08亿元,较上年同期增长5.59%。主要影响因素如下:(1)生息资产增长带动净利息收入实现平稳增长,利息净收入较上年同期增加109.50亿元,增幅4.57%;(2)手续费及佣金净收入较上年同期增加76.91亿元,增幅11.15%,信用卡、代理保险和银团贷款收入增长较快,资产托管和理财产品收入稳健增长;(3)持续加强成本管理,优化费用支出结构,业务及管理费较上年同期增长5.60%,与效益增长保持匹配;成本收入比21.83%,较上年同期下降0.23个百分点,继续保持良好水平。集团基于审慎原则,足额计提贷款和垫款损失准备,减值损失747.86亿元,较上年同期增长11.99%。
于6月末,集团资产总额24.38万亿元,较上年末增加11604.58亿元,增幅为5.00%。积极支持实体经济发展,发放贷款和垫款较上年末增加7218.66亿元,增幅为5.40%。金融投资较上年末增加3361.42亿元,增幅为5.88%,主要是增持了地方政府债券。受央行降准影响,现金及存放中央银行款项较上年末减少1666.96亿元,降幅6.33%。为支持贷款及债券等核心资产增长,适度控制存放同业款项,存放同业款项及拆出资金较上年末减少231.76亿元,降幅2.77%。相应地,在资产总额中,发放贷款和垫款净额占比上升0.22个百分点,为57.77%;金融投资占比上升0.21个百分点,为24.82%;现金及存放中央银行款项占比下降1.23个百分点,为10.11%;存放同业款项及拆出资金占比下降0.26个百分点,为3.34%。
上半年,集团持续开展全面主动风险管理,推进信贷结构调整,加强信贷基础管理,提升全流程精细化管理水平,资产质量总体稳定。于6月末,不良贷款余额2080.69亿元,较上年末增加71.88亿元;不良贷款率1.43%,较上年末下降0.03个百分点;关注类贷款占比2.80%,较上年末下降0.02个百分点。
