艾格拉斯(002619.SZ)发布半年报 净利润降31.85%至1.80亿元
格隆汇8月28日丨艾格拉斯(002619.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约3.50亿元，同比增长0.95%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约1.80亿元，同比下降31.85%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约1.80亿元，同比下降19.19%；基本每股收益0.10元。
2019上半年，上市公司从提升自身经营能力出发，围绕公司的发展战略持续打造公司的核心竞争力，公司管理层按照既定的发展战略和经营计划进一步优化产业结构，同时不断的积累资源以扩大新的竞争优势和拓展新的市场空间，强化移动互联网产业板块的资源投入，提升上市公司盈利能力和抗风险能力，公司主营业务进一步聚焦于移动互联网信息服务、软件服务和文化产业。公司坚持游戏研运一体和精品化运营策略，坚持以玩家为本的设计和运营理念，重视产品的质量和玩家的体验感的提升。
随着游戏市场的日渐成熟，游戏玩家对游戏的偏好越发多元化和细分化，公司采取“引进来，走出去”的多元发展策略，积极将日本的热门主流IP引入到国内。2019年8月13日，来源于日本知名IP的自研游戏《路人超能100：灵能》正式在中国大陆地区开启不删档测试。截至目前，公司已与美国地区的合作方正式签订了代理发行协议；其他区域的合作事宜正在积极洽谈中。
子公司艾格拉斯科技在自研产品方面持续运营了《英雄战魂》、《格斗刀魂》、《英雄战魂之元素王座》、《空城计》、《英雄战魂2》等移动游戏，获得了良好的市场效果。同时，在韩国和港澳台地区由控股子公司或参股子公司代理发行了《风之旅团》、《超杀默示录》、《遇见》、《王与异界骑士》、《義氣3D》、《衣之星願》、《龍之谷：神聖天堂》、《星空獵手》、《光榮戰記》、《楚喬傳手遊》、《戰國志》、《賭神Online》、《無雙戰役》、《武神默世錄》等多款移动游戏。
子公司北京拇指玩与腾讯、网易、中国手游、英雄互娱等知名游戏开发商建立了稳定的合作关系，平台可供下载的游戏囊括了国内热门的手机游戏。2019年上半年，北京拇指玩继续积极拓展外部资源，深耕平台的精细化运营，在保持原有游戏联运业务稳定的同时，积极尝试以游戏推广、游戏发行、软件应用推广等内容的新的业务类型。，移动互联网视频推广：2019年上半年，杭州搜影继续依托海量留存活跃用户积极拓展品牌客户及影视剧宣发业务，同时利用自身大数据分析及挖掘能力积极开拓金融科技大数据技术风控业务，均取得了良好的业绩效果。未来杭州搜影将继续依托自身精细化的流量运营能力，积极拓展行业内新生优质渠道资源，优化广告智能大数据精准投放技术，搭建更为完善的金融科技大数据服务平台，进一步提升“拇指影吧”平台的流量变现能力，同时亦积极拓展AI智能幼儿教育、人力资源SaaS智能科技服务系统等新领域，确保公司业绩稳定增长。
