SaaS产品及精准营销快速增长 微盟集团(02013.HK)中期扭亏为盈2.89亿元
格隆汇8月28日丨微盟集团(02013.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收入6.57亿元人民币，同比增长97.8%；毛利3.65亿元，同比增长58.2%；公司拥有人应占净利润2.89亿元，上年同期亏损6.17亿元；每股盈利0.15元。
收入增长主要是由于公司的SaaS产品及精准营销产生的收入增加。精准营销毛收入由截至2018年6月30日止6个月的人民币966.0百万元大幅增至人民币1,797.4百万元，主要是由于购买公司精准营销的广告主数量由截至2018年6月30日止6个月的14,189名增至19,537名，以及每广告主平均开支由上年同期的人民币68,084元增至人民币91,997元。
截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司的SaaS产品及精准营销服务拥有300万注册商户，公司SaaS产品的付费商户数增长24.3%至70,006名，SaaS产品的每用户平均收益增长13.5%至人民币3,129元。每广告主平均开支增长35.1%至人民币91,997元，公司精准营销毛收入大幅增长86.1%至人民币17.97亿元。
在云平台方面，目前已接入450多名第三方开发者，累计提交了近700个应用，使用公司的PaaS平台已经服务了多个大型客户，并且完成了私有化部署，公司不再只是提供标准的解决方案服务于中小企业，而是可以和公司的合作伙伴一起提供个性定制的解决方案服务大客户。
透过在服务、技术及创新方面的不断努力和探索，2019年上半年公司荣获多项荣誉，包括腾讯广告区域及中长尾渠道2018年度最佳服务商、上海市宝山区政府颁发的宝山区2018年度经济工作最佳成长企业奖、融资中国2018中国最具投资价值公司、爱分析2018中国科技创新企业100强、中国融资2019中国融资最具投资潜力奖等奖项。
展望2019年下半年，公司将拓展更多的云服务品类、加强现有客户的变现能力、加强与腾讯及其它去中心化平台合作、构建微盟云平台开放合作生态、坚持以去中心化业态为商业赋能。公司将始终坚持以云服务作为我们的业务核心，在借助现有商业云领先优势的同时，将重点发力营销云、服务云和销售云。
在商业云块版，公司将围绕电商、零售、餐饮、本地生活、酒旅五大业务版块来提供我们的智慧商业解决方案，未来有可能拓展到教育、美业、自媒体等行业；在营销云版块，公司帮助客户构建客户数据平台(CDP)、内容创意平台、提供全渠道触点及营销自动化工具，提升客户广告投放效果。在服务云和销售云方面，公司将寻求更多的战略合作、投资及收购，使公司快速进入新的服务领域、通过外延式扩张实现业务快速发展。
公司亦会加强现有客户的变现能力，截至2019年6月30日，就公司多样化的产品及服务拥有300万注册商户。公司庞大的客户群为公司定期从中进一步获利提供坚实的基础。公司将通过不同产品及服务之间的交叉营销和交叉销售加强SaaS产品及精准营销的变现能力。
