中国再保险(01508.HK)中期纯利升42.44%至33.20亿元
格隆汇8月28日丨中国再保险(01508.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收入合计为人民币800.39亿元，同比增长29.22%；归属于母公司股东净利润33.20亿元，同比增长42.44%；每股盈利0.08元。
2019年上半年，集团坚持以"一三五"战略为指引，保费规模快速增长，业务结构持续优化，市场地位保持稳固，境外业务整合顺利推进，经营效益稳步提升，高质量发展格局进一步巩固。我们的业务保持快速增长，2019年上半年，集团总保费收入由2018年上半年的663.08亿元增长27.8%至847.72亿元，其中：财产再保险业务、人身再保险业务及财产险直保业务总保费收入(不考虑分部间抵销)分别为230.33亿元、384.27亿元及243.79亿元。总保费收入同比快速增长的主要原因：一是人身再保险保障型业务及财务再保险业务快速发展，二是新增桥社保费收入。
公司的业务结构持续优化，财产再保险境内非车险业务同比增长23.1%，在境内财产再保险业务中占比提升4.1个百分点；财产再保险境内临时再保险业务同比增长64.7%，在境内财产再保险业务中占比提升2.2个百分点；境外财产再保险及桥社业务同比增长237.5%，在财产再保险业务中占比提升20.2个百分点；人身再保险境内保障型业务同比增长48.6%，在境内人身再保险业务中占比提升3.4个百分点；财产险直保非车险业务同比增长35.4%，在财产险直保业务中占比提升7.7个百分点。公司的核心再保险业务市场地位稳固，在境内财产再保险市场及人身再保险市场的份额均保持领先。以原保险保费收入计，公司的财产险直保业务拥有3.60%的市场份额，在所有境内财产险直保公司中排名第六。
2019年上半年，集团总投资收益61.59亿元，同比增长21.5%，净投资收益人民币60.27亿元，同比增长17.1%。主要原因：一是总投资资产规模实现较快增长，二是固定收益类投资收益及对联营企业的投资收益同比实现较快增长。年化总投资收益率5.19%，同比下降0.02个百分点，年化净投资收益率5.07%，同比下降0.22个百分点，基本保持平稳。
此外，于2019年6月30日，集团公司核心偿付能力充足率为593%；综合偿付能力充足率为593%。
