博雅互动(00434.HK)中期股东应占净利润减少59%至6311万元
格隆汇8月28日丨博雅互动(00434.HK)发布公告，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收益1.6亿元人民币，同比减少43.5%；毛利1.09亿元，同比减少43.7%；公司拥有人应占净利润6311万元，同比减少59%；毛利率67.2%，上年同期为71.2%；每股盈利9.53分。
收益同比减少主要由于(1)2017年第二季度开始受到的苹果公司对在其系统上綫的应用程序进行整顿和检查事件的影响；(2)市场传闻中国政府将出台《棋牌类网络游戏管理办法》，下架德州扑克类游戏及从2018年6月1日起，全面禁止运营德州扑克游戏的有关政策风险因素的影响，虽政策尚未出台，但部分平台已对相关产品进行下架处理，使收益受到一定影响；及(3)网页游戏随行业趋势逐步向移动端转移导致网页游戏产生的收益下降。
而该集团于2019年第二季度收益较2019年第一季度环比表现为增加约0.1%，主要是由于政策风险因素对收益的影响已渐趋稳定，及集团在第二季度运营推广活动的举办使得该季度收益略微增加。
纯利同比表现减少，主要由于收益下降以及市场因素导致该集团期间股权投资合伙企业等金融资产的公平值减少。若撇除股权投资合伙企业等金融资产公平值变动等因素影响，则2019年第二季度及上半年未经审计非国际财务报告准则经调整纯利较2018年同期对比，分别减少约50.2%及约45.0%。
从集团的运营数据表现来看，2019年第二季度公司的付费玩家数及用户数较2019年第一季度呈现一定下降。其中付费玩家数从2019年第一季度的约为0.48百万人减少17.8%至2019年第二季度的约0.40百万人。每日活跃用户数从2019年第一季度的约2.6百万人减少8.7%至第二季度的2.4百万人。每月活跃用户数从2019年第一季度的约8.3百万人减少10.3%至第二季度的约7.4百万人。但公司的德州扑克网页端及其他棋牌移动端的ARPPU值有所上升。
