花旗发表报告指,预计禹洲地产(1628.HK) 可达到今年全年逾700亿元人民币销售之目标,今年首八个月已达成60%,加上其新增土储,可支持明年销售额1000亿元人民币的目标。
今年下半年禹洲地产将控制借贷比率于60%至80%,控制增加土储速度及偿还贷款。基于估值调整,该行微降禹洲地产目标价自5.3港元下调至5.05港元,维持“ 买入 ”评级。
