港股异动 | 金隅集团(2009.HK)涨逾4% 中期净利润升26.36%
格隆汇8月28日丨金隅集团(2009.HK)早盘高开上涨,现涨4.13%,报2.27港元,暂成交921万港元,最新总市值366亿港元。A股目前升超2%。金隅集团昨日发布2019年半年度报告,实现营业收入446.11亿元,同比增长26.14%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润30.46亿元,同比增长26.36%。上半年公司深挖城市矿产资源,实现两宗工业用地项目入市并成功取得开发权。截至6月底,公司土地储备面积855.72万平方米。银河国际曾称,随着河北7月和8月进行限产,预计未来一到两个月华北的水泥价格表现将继续优于华东和华南。考虑到消息面向好(错峰生产),加上股份估值不高,认为股价有进一步上升空间。重申“增持”评级。
